Tiramisu Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

1 bag cake mix

1 tablespoon espresso powder

2 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup water

1/2 cup coffee
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Generously spray two 9-inch cake pans with non-stick spray and line the bottoms with parchment paper.

Pour cake mix into a large bowl.

Add espresso powder and whisk together.

Add vegetable oil, eggs, coffee, and water. Blend until smooth scraping down sides of bowl. Batter will be very thin.

Divide the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.

Bake for 24–27 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.

Cool cakes completely before frosting.

For cupcakes, line muffin tins with paper liners. Put 3 tablespoons of batter in each liner. 1/4 cup if using tulip liners.

Bake for 11-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with few crumbs.

Makes 24 cupcakes
Frosting
Pour all of the bottle of frosting in a bowl or stand mixer. Add 4 tablespoons espresso powder. Whip until stiff peaks like you would for whipped cream.
Frosted cakes and cupcakes have to be refrigerated.
